UNHCR Canada
UNHCR Canada is the Canadian division of UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. They provide humanitarian assistance and emergency supplies to refugees and are active in Ukraine.
Note: While UNHCR Canada is not a registered charity, as a UN agency it is still able to issue tax receipts for donations.
Note 2: Actor Ryan Renolds' $1 million match donation was for the US version of UNHCR, and therefore does not apply to the Canadian branch.
